Nice people and good pay/benefits but poor leadership and constant turnover - VP-Finance Zoetis Employee Review

Indecisive and reactionary leadership that makes poor decisions with little thought to the impacts that they have on the organization. This leads to constant changes of top leaders being removed or leaving which reduces any continuity. Remaining team members are constantly being asked to take on greater responsibility with no additional resources and no leadership making decisions that are needed to move projects forward leading to an environment that makes good people want to leave
