They tout “One Zoetis” but it’s actually every business unit or man for themselves when it comes down to it. Leadership and colleagues do not care for the greater good. Passionate people are questioned for why they care so much and just doing the status quo is rewarded. Fall in line, don’t rock the boat and it’s easy street to promotion. Don’t forget extra busy work too. Sustainability is a joke as the company only profits and benefits from selling more drugs. Any attempts to expand the core business have been shut down, sold off or are struggling at best. It’s big pharma and is not changing.
