Pros

I started at Zone a little over a month ago and am extremely happy with my choice to bet on them. Here is a quick summary of my observations a month into my job: -The company is in a great position to win in terms of product roadmap and having the right resources to be successful. If they find they don't have the right resources, they will find a budget, and prioritize employees' needs. -WFH setup is great, the IT team was INCREDIBLY prompt, helpful, and supportive in helping me get my equipment set up for my first day. -My team and manager are very supportive and helpful in helping me find success and remove roadblocks every day. -Perks and benefits of the company are AMAZING! Fully paid benefits, great WFH, and Wellness stipends. Having Fridays off in the summer is a game changer! -Great work-life balance

Cons

-Typical growing pains of a new/fast-growing start-up. -Lack of formal training, if you're a self-starter, you'll be fine, and your manager will get you up to speed, but the enablement was a bit clunky compared to other companies I've been with. With that being said, my manager never made me feel like I was behind, it was almost as if she knew there was a lack of training, and for that reason, was patient as I ramped at my own speed. -This is not a company where you will get a ton of swag, unfortunately, at least not yet. Hoping that will change as the team continues to prioritize its team members.

Pros

The process was clear, supportive, and genuinely human from start to finish. Interviewers were warm and curious - not just assessing skills, but genuinely getting to know me. I could feel Zone's values come through in every conversation: momentum, teamwork, and a real drive to make an impact. Onboarding was smooth and well-organized. Everyone I spoke with showed deep respect and trust in each other, from the executive level down.

Cons

Honestly, none - the experience exceeded expectations.

Pros

Remote work with flexible PTO were the only pros

Cons

Company does not care to establish any sort of culture. Everyone is siloed. Turnover rate is incredibly high, new hires don’t stay long at all. Leadership is invisible and far from motivating. HR is a joke.
