      Pros

      -coworkers are nice -location (moving in the spring FYI) -Facebook and YouTube access at work -Nap room! -VP and Director in Chicago are the only competent people.

      Cons

      -Base is a joke (32.5 or 35) -Training is a big waste of time and not helpful -Commissions are even more of a joke (100k sale= 5k margin IF you are lucky. 500 commission. ~$350 check after taxes) -all management wants is more dials. God forbid you ask management for some real direction. Your sales manager will say to make more dials. -MICROMANAGEMENT
