      Little oversight - they trust you to do the job you were hired to do

      Cons

      Little oversight - Management cares about numbers but does not seem to know how to reach them. This would account for the exceptionally high turnover amongst them.

      Pros

      Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
