There are some real standing problems with the legacy management, micro-management and no clear direction on the companies growth because the strategy changes often. You will not be able to make decisions because the legacy management does not give you a voice or responsibility. This company will suck the life out of you with minimal pay, high cost of health benefits and no bonuses unless your in the top tier management and sales.
