Pros
-They really try to enable AE's to do their jobs well -Lots of tools and resources -For the most part they are fair and equitable -There are some really great people at this company -I was able to make a great living while I was there and I am grateful in many ways
Cons
-The culture of the company has taken a huge hit -Upper management is not in touch with the individual contributors -Upper management makes a lot of poor decisions and the consequences are not well thought out -Reduction of employee incentives, raised goals, reduced comp plans -Pay is not on par with Portland tech companies -Trust is low In general, it feels like the company just doesn't care about it's sales people. I think this is an issue with upper management.
