Constant pressure coming from upper management is a scare tactic and threat that leaves employees feeling trapped and scared to do their job with fear of making mistakes. Sales strategy constantly changes and expectations are never clearly defined so you have no idea your goals. Compensation structure for sales is always changing which drives each department in different ways and never working together. Extremely high turnover and unhappy people. People are overworked and very underpaid. Company culture is awful.
