      Peers were pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Directors hire talented managers then stick their head in the sand. HR is totally spineless. No support for employee. Only there to protect the guilty. No credit or acknowledgement given for hard work and long hours. Directors quick to take credit for praise and point fingers for criticism

      Pros

      Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
