      Pros

      1. My immediate manager (Head of Sales Operations) was a gem of a person. 2. The CAM team really know their stuff. 3. The team is really helpful in the on-boarding process and help you with everything (even do some of your stuff just to get you started) 4. All the managers were super nice. Really down-to-earth people.

      Cons

      None really. All pros as far as I'm concerned.

      Pros

      Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
