Horrible management. They will try to remove you for something stupid. They will lie to your face. Everybody is stressed about losing their job. Everybody is looking for a new job. They will say "It is hard to get fired here" but really the employees end up quitting because the communication sucks and they don't give what the employees need. The team only values numbers and their numbers are unrealistic. Nobody is able to reach the minimum expectations. They don't care about improvement. Jump ship.
