Pros
Seemed decent place for a suburban office about 5-7 years ago. Had a bunch of former Weyerhaeuser managers in charge, who worked hard to grow this business and get organized.
Cons
Most people with half a brain are now gone from this place, and it started from management. Most people left in charge would not survive in any other large corporation (and, in fact, some have been Microsoft and Amazon outcasts). They are hiring from the bottom of the barrel, paying peanuts and, very pompously, demanding a lot of those poor people. Here's a newsflash - you can't pay way below average for Seattle Metro tech field, and have your employees pretend they are hot shots putting together flashy meaningless reports, suck up to losers who run them, and get virtually no promotions, no bonuses, and no decent benefits. Higher-grade sales people can get away with murder, sell from gray market, and flat out act like royalty. Lower-grade sales people constantly get cheated out of commission, and, out of boredom, sleep with each other. In fact, this place has way too many sexual harassment cases swept quietly under the rug. Why? Probably because people are bored, they are expected to work long hours (whether or not that produces results), and participate in way too many pro-forma meetings that could have been an e-mail.
