Pros
#1 is work/life balance. There are tons of sales jobs out there that are high pressure environments that make you works long hours but that is not the case at Zones. #2 is that despite the company trying to keep up with its rapid growth; they continue to grow year over year organically which is more sustainable. #3 Good people. I have yet to encounter someone who is a jerk!
Cons
This company is growing fast and doing what it can to keep up and adjust. No company is perfect and so this one isn't either. The departments at the corporate office are over extended and have attitudes. Someone even called them "silo's" meaning they don't communicate to each other that well. Their CRM system could be swapped out for something better too.
