Pros
Zones is still small enough to make a large impact with hard work and dedication and large enough to offer some great perks for its employees. Senior Leadership is truly dedicated to company growth and continued improvements as well as a professional and agile workforce. They have made great investments in the last couple of years to follow through on their strategy. Most employees are passionate about their jobs and custome experience. New ideas, solutioning, and improvements that impact the customer are readily implemented and the environment is very fast paced and exciting.
Cons
There are still some growing pains for a company growing as rapidly as Zones is. Senior Leadership is committed to drive change management but the 2 cultures (legacy thinking vs. process improvements) at times collide. If you are not up for a challenge of doing some heavy lifting than Zones might not be for you.
