good work life balance. Zones USA LLC is absolute amazing customer partner relationship But when it comes to Indian location of Zones especially in Noida sector 63 stellar IT park office which there India headquarters is pathetic in office politics , No team effort , Everybody is trying to save their job every day which creates huge level of uncertainty in employees mindset , People should understand that if there are excellent in there job no one on this earth can beat them , There is No scope or very slow growth . Lots of politics are there among the employes , This review is only for Noida location. Rest is on your skills. But work life balance is good . The senior management I mean the C- Level managers are amazing they have a huge experience and they carry finomial clientele. But in this org specifically in noida people need to come out of there comfort zones and should work as a team . Rest I am happy here as my work life balance is amazing .
