Pros
Great work/life balance - Don't take work home with you, work your normal 40hr work weeks, eventually get the option to work from home. Fun environment - Vendors bring in breakfast, lunches and happy hours. If you produce decently, there are many opportunities to win cash, gift cards, sporting tickets, trips, iPads, etc. Lots of training - I came in knowing nothing about IT or sales. Start with a month of paid training. Lots of required training and additional optional trainings. Ability to make six figures. New CEO will bring Zones to the next level. He is already making many positive changes.
Cons
Building a clientele is hard and takes a while. It you can work hard and stay focused the first year or so, you'll start to make good money and become more of an account manager. Have to sit in a cube most of the day.
