Pros
Was better back in the office, more perks. Direct management was nice. But definitely micro manage way too much. Perks don’t come from zones, they come from the partners.
Cons
They sent us home at the beginning of covid with no equipment besides our laptop. Couldn’t take anything from our desk not even our crappy monitors. Sent us out a monitor 10 months after we were sent home, like it mattered by that point. Constantly trying to snake you out of money and changing the commission plan. Not allowed to talk to others about your pay, was told I would get written up. Trainings every single morning on irrelevant technology just because Zones gets paid by the partners to host them.
