Management is very very worst. anytime they can implement their own rules. they don't even care about employees. While hiring they will say like will provide cab and foods but after that they will not give anything and the expense also. if you are in notice period they will not give the option to buy out and they will deduct all leaves and salary too so pls be carefull. Too much work pressure, you won't get 1 sec to relax. they have their own rules on the floor like a school kid. Please contact any current or former employee before joining.
