Cons
1. Their location makes it hard to find a parking spot at times. 2. Poor HR/Admin (zero value for employee well-being). They think giving paid time off is more than sufficient for an employee. 3. They don't give Zones Merchandise anymore. 4. IT equipment used is 5-10 years old and they don't bother to upgrade their systems even being pioneers in IT equipment redistribution. 5. No Bonuses; At least for our department. 6. No Work from home policy even in days of Covid. 7. Your work does not get recognized until you have very good terms with your manager. i.e You have to be a very good weight lifter. 8. No provident fund. They promise it to new hires but even employees who have been working for 4-5 years have not received their provident amount or know anything about it. 9. Your department might do work of other departments/teams as well. 10. They don't have a team/dept for workplace management.
