Business Outlook
Pros
It offers the usual benefits like Health Insurance and PTO, etc. The work environment is nice and you'll get to work with some wonderful people and learn so much. You can also work remotely or on a hybrid model, which is definitely an advantage.
Cons
The management does not care about you and they won't even pretend to care. They'll underpay you, overwork you, even gaslight you and throw you under the bus if it suits them. I had to be on some heavy medication and had to pay several visits to my doctor after this company messed me up.
