 Take owner ship and manage issues in accordance to complete Incident Management Life Cycle from logging to closure.  Manager Service request, change records as per Service Desk team procedures for users and internal IT support teams

Cons

 Answer incoming calls of users and provide first time resolution to all low severity incidents related to desktop applications and client operating system issue.
