-The Service Delivery team in UK are a joke, pathetic weak leader -They expect you to fix all the issues -No support -No work/life balance -Cross departments are combative -I joined and lasted 6 months, before i decided to leave, four people prior to me joined, contacted on LinkedIn, two left on their second day. The other two within 2 weeks. -Only join this job if its a pit stop -No training and upskilling offered -No employee benefits -No progression, sells pitch when your interviewed for the role, they are desperate to fill -Attrition rate stupidly high -Please AVOID, don't compromise your sanity for this **** company!
