Pros
Firoz is one of the best CEOs I have met. He is willing to fund new adventures or business strategies. Zones is Excellent for basic level IT Consulting and work especially on endpoint type devices. Very competent at High volume low margin type sales. Company tries to put services first but only good at a narrow type of services. Good place to work in back-end support. Services and sales management are great at supporting people to attend conferences and training seminars. Zones provides some good Intro level sales training. Its great for new people wanting to get started in sales. Good place for a B or C sales rep. Lots of customer contacts. Good current customer base for general supplier. Good opportunity if you can open new accounts.
Cons
Zero Focus. Executive team changes goals every year and never focuses on viable business strategies. 2-3 years to late to the game. For example they want to focus on cloud... 2 years to late and no specific technology relating to cloud. There are a few good people on the executive team, but no one capable of being a Business Architect... Several failed investments due to poor or fake assessments. They have a team working to improve this process who is doing a much better job than previous individuals who worked on RFPs and Opps etc.
