      I wish I could list them but there isn't really any,

      Cons

      Pay is awful $18 Leadership is terrible You can and will be replaced with temps/contractors No one knows or follows the rules only enforced if they want you fired Team Members work harder than anyone else but get treated the worst "Too many chiefs not enough Indians"

      Pros

      Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
