Leaders are expected to be "in the business", allowing you to be involved in the work without being mired in administrative work. The office in Waltham is brand-spanking new, is super nice, has a big exercise room, and great snacks. The Vancouver office is also super posh. The company has invested in great AI tools which are accessible by all employees. I enjoy working with every single person that I interact with. Not one bad apple in the bunch.
