Pros
Personal experience with managers has been supportive, and friendly. Never felt micro-managed but could always reach out to leaders for questions, one-on-ones, or support during tough weeks. You get what you give. If you work hard and rely on your peers and leaders for resources, you're more likely to succeed (this includes monetary wins for commission). Quick team progression when working hard and performing well. You can apply for more work-from-home days after 2 years as an employee which is a great incentive for work-life balance.
Cons
Sometimes changes like going to a new team or promotion comes a few days before you're meant to start, catching you off-guard. Senior leadership, however, has been more proactive in granting transparency to the Org about any upcoming changes or news to strengthen team communication and preparation.
