Pros
The people are really the best thing about Zoomin. You can tell the company put a lot of effort into the hiring practices - the people they hire are all super smart but also nice, fun, great people to work with. There's a very open atmosphere - you feel like you can easily share your opinions even if it's outside your job role or is contrary to what others think. Particularly when you're onboarding the management really encourage pushback and diverse input and are happy to hear ways of doing things better. There's way less ego than most other companies I've worked at. At least in my team there's a lot of diversity in our roles - no two days are really the same and you are trusted and given the space to run with your projects.
Cons
Communication between teams could be improved. Although you're always learning and doing new things, there arent really clear, official paths for professional growth on a role/title level
