Pros
Incredibly smart, fun and hardworking people! Super humble, kind and always willing to help. We work at a very fast pace, but it's coming out of start-up stage, so that's expected. Lots of technology to learn, so if you like that type of environment, you'll love it here!
Cons
Young and growing company and still putting processes in place, but they are getting there. The time zone difference gets tricky. They are growing rapidly and increasing the US presence, so that will help with the time zone difference.
