Everyone here works incredibly hard, for each other, and for our customers. We're really driven by this once in a blue moon opportunity where we have little competition, solve a real need that c-level executives are concerned about related to customer experience and customer self-service. The company has strong leadership, opinions are considered, and we're agile. Everyone is very professional. We're winning lots of new customers. We have hired a large number of former customers, which gives us credibility in sales meetings and the internal institutional and industry knowledge is super helpful. It says a lot about a company when former customers come to join.

The time zone differences between the US and Israel can be challenging at times, but the Israeli team works very hard to support the US.
