Pros
Great potential, growing quickly. There is a great attitude at the team, willingness to help, pro activity, and caring for the company and people's success. It's a unique point in time when it's still a 'small' place, with a family-like atmosphere that is growing very quickly with amazing opportunities.
Cons
As with any hyper-growth startup, there are growing pains and a lack of headcount. But it's no different than any other place I've experienced.
