Lack of middle management - CEO, President, and VPs give tasks to anyone, from seniors to juniors Most of the communication is done through WhatsApp (even though we use Slack) and off of working hours (could be even on weekends and/or holidays) No HR (at all) for more than 6 months The technological stack is 12+ years old, no plans to improve 30~ Employees left in a timespan of 4-5 months, some of them were only 1-2 months in the company. Management doesn't see it as a problem nor talks about it
