      Pros

      Very little incentives to begin as an entry-level position, and expect any promotions. Very few pro reasons to even work here!

      Cons

      Uneducated, unprofessional, unskilled work force. Management is apart of a clique, and involves themselves in discriminatory and biased decision making. Overall, unable to interpret, understand and implement Texas road rules. Slow to make changes and get rid of the problem people, which is mainly management.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
