      Generally, Zoox is filled with ambitious, kind, and skilled people who assume best intent, have high standards, and are excited to be here.

      Cons

      We're under-resourced and stretched thin. That being said, they do encourage actually taking vacation.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
