There’s a massive effort to get milestones completed so 60hr weeks are common as is something called a “weekend push” on many weekends. Equity has been missing projections annually. You WILL be down leveled when you join, and promotions are slow- don’t believe recruiters. Director to VP level leadership is always making a try for power to make their own department look good, and consistently set unrealistic deadlines that are impossible to meet from the get-go, then justify the delays questionably or focus too much on Jira being the solution. We have all the downsides of a small company and a larger one too. Oh and the culture is becoming increasingly very toxic in all departments- starting with performance reviews, which are known to be highly subjective with favoritism prevalent, and stemming from first-level managers.
