      Pros

      Fast-paced work environment. Transparent work environment. You are not silo'd in your role. Super smart team that aren't jerks. People here are nice and there are lots of activities. Mission-driven means that there is a clear goal and the entire company understands and is driving towards the same outcome.

      Cons

      Organizational structure needs to mature (as with all high growth startups). Needs to grow out of the start-up shoot from the hip style of work and have better forecasting.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress, mostly slow. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
