      Pros

      - There is a lot going on and we are solving so many interesting problems. I'm learning so much every day. - There's a lot of opportunity for growth. - Very smart team with very few divas. Everyone is pretty nice. - Large industry with room for plenty of winners. Zoox will do really well.

      Cons

      - As with any growing company, there are some growing pains, but our leadership is very open to receiving feedback and solving problems.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress, mostly slow. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
