      Love the work, I'm given a lot of freedom to work on projects I choose, lots of. opportunities for leadership roles

      Cons

      They can be slow to promote now (max once every 12 months and can't skip levels) compared to the opportunities that existed at. the company was it was more of a startup

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
