      Cool technology, great coworkers, Non bureaucratic work environment

      Cons

      Inexperienced leadership with no track record of success, Especially Poor marketing/branding, Exploitative Stock option structure which ensures majority employees will never make market salary

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
