      Little carreer growth possibilities because of very slow growth and rather hiring external than promote internal. To much firefighting instead of long term planning. High level decisions get pushed and pushed which levels middle levels in a limbo phase. To much micromanaging by Exces

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
