      Challenging projects, lots of work, work life balance is great, food is great, very capable technical folks

      Cons

      Transitioning to big company bureaucracy. Lots of red tape to get things done. Ownership is very fuzzy

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
