      Stable. Decent work/life balance. Cool tech.

      Chaotic leadership. Low compensation and titles. Your happiness will depend entirely on which team you are in, and it can range from absolutely terrible to easy street.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
