      Pros

      Good food Nice office Cool and interesting projects OK benefits WLB is not overwhelming, but not laid back either.

      Cons

      Lots of politics and some toxic people No room to grow Inexperienced managers. Awful incentive package. ZARs are worthless.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
