      Pros

      Zoox is Amazon-owned so access to AWS resources is a plus.

      Cons

      The company has no revenue trying to salvage a 10-year-old approach and as a result, office politics replaced building anything new, is stuck in simple algorithms for class-labeling that have aged even before put to test.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
