      There is so much FAVORITISM within the leads and supervisors. I guess if you kiss-butt or play the leads and supervisors you'll get recommended or promoted. It's certainly not a level playing field for everyone. There are people who pick and choose who gets a chance at an open position. Unprofessional, unfair way of choosing who gets promoted. Inequality at its finest. Some of these people that were chose cheated on their tests to get hired.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
