      - Cool tech, you get to be part of a company building future of the transportation - Good food

      Cons

      - Constantly changing management on the software engineering side. - Bad HR practices. Don't say anything negative about management or HR. - Deadlines are a joke. Company hasn't figured out how to launch anything - Low diversity in the engineering & management

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
