Toxic management overshadowed remote work benefits - Anonymous employee Zotec Partners Employee Review

Working here was the worst experience of my entire career. Management in the client bill department was horrible. The management style affected my mental health severely. And I am not alone. Management has a history of mistreating their employees in this department and the turnover in the department is extremely high. I have talked to others who have had the exact same experience as me. This toxic work environment was so bad, it had a lasting effect on me. There had been complaints to others and to HR and nothing was ever done. Management was rude to me on a daily basis. And when I tried to ask them questions or needed help, they ignored my emails and IMs. They were also definitely taking advantage of working from home and seemed to rarely be working. Because of management’s ability to consistently place the blame on the employees vs themself. no one has done anything about how they treat their employees. I worked very hard for this company and was told by a manger once there that I did the work of 3 people. I think it is shame that someone who was kind and nice and hard working was treated so poorly by a company I worked so hard for. The CEO is great and a such a nice person and there are some great people that work there. But management in that particular department was horrible to the point I was crying on a daily basis to my mother.
