Pros
Salaries are good - on the high side. There are 2 really fun days a year - a gambling trip and a great Christmas party.
Cons
This is the most negative, demoralizing, demanding company I have ever encountered. From the CEO on down, you are expected to be married to your job - I gave up vacations, personal time, and holidays because of the demands of the job. The management is done by intimidating and demeaning staff - it is not unusual to be cursed and screamed at by the CEO or his staff. It is interesting that the prior positive review are done by the IT/Development staff. These people make up around 15 positions out of 400.
