Pros
They try to be very inclusive, calling all employees “associates” and having regular company-wide updates which amounted to going over reports.
Cons
Company is all about bean counting as far as I could tell, wanting constant reporting. They bought my company World Dryer and then proceeded to fire half the staff. No offers to try to use existing talent in more efficient ways even considered. Just hacked up the staff and moved on. Management at World Dryer was partly to blame. It was run by a venture capitalist whose goal was to give the appearance of a functioning sales department to make the company more attractive for sale. False quotas were obtained by Regional and Inside Sales representatives who claimed to have generated sales when all they were doing was giving pricing to distributors who were going to buy our products anyway. Management didn’t seem to really care about actually growing the brand as long as it appeared to a potential buyer that there was a functioning sales department, which there obviously was not. The honest reps who actually worked to create new business were erroneously judged against the reps who took credit for the false sales.
