Pros

Nice office with great hours

Cons

The pay was definitely on the low scale which is unbelievable considering the amount of workload you receive on a daily basis. The company was very unorganized. Especially, the office manager. I took the position of someone who left the company and immediately had to take on her role and responsibilities with NO training. The WORST part about this company is the micromanaging. Not only did you have to step outside of the actual building to take a personal call, but you had to walk around to the back of the building. Talk about an inconvenience! On top of that it was an high school atmosphere where everyone form clicks and bullied you if you were not a part of it.
