Overall, the staff is made up of a great group of co-workers that are very friendly and supportive of each other. Highly sociable atmosphere that feels like being part of a family.

Cons

Ambiguity in the corporate vision and lack of clarity as to where the company is headed. Challenges in consistent messaging with corporate restructurings.

Pros

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
